DUSHYANT TIWARI

Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. After graduating, Mr. Tiwari established his independent practice and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad & Delhi High Court, and various tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, and Consumer Forums in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
Mr. Tiwari serves as a panel counsel for the Delhi Legal Services Authority, demonstrating his commitment to providing legal assistance to those in need and due to which he has also been appointed as Amicus Curiae in various cases before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
He has gained extensive experience in handling complex legal matters across several fields, including Criminal Law, Family Law, Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Mr. Tiwari is an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association & Delhi High Court Bar Association
Mr. Tiwari currently practices extensively before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad High Court, the Delhi High Court, and various other tribunals, providing tailored legal solutions to his clients.

Mr. Dubey with an experience of more than 9 years in lending market has worked with Reliance Home Finance, Reliance Commercial Finance, Reliance Capital and HDFC Sales Ltd. Mr. Dubey has also completed his LLB from Kanpur University and currently handling the PR work of the firm.
